You will be responsible for the organisation and smooth running of their reception area. Meet and greet visitors, book meetings rooms. This role also involves secretarial support to the Managing Director, liaising with suppliers and typing correspondence.
Essentials:
You must be available for ideally two months. It is essential that you have gained previous work experience on reception ideally. Intermediate to advanced MS Word is required and a minimum typing speed of 45wpm. Attitude is key to this role – must be enthusiastic and able to work effectively alone.
